I made an appt on line for 10:00am and was taken right back and had x-rays done in no time. Visited Novant Health-GoHealth Urgent Care at Waverly today. My family and I had a great experience. On-line check-in was easy, very little wait time in lobby, staff was super friendly. I am extremely appreciative for the seriousness and care with which they treated my issue. I came in pretty close to closing, but everyone was still warm and helpful. I felt they cared about my issue, were thorough in examining me, and gave very good and realistic advice that prioritized my health. My husband fell in a parking garage & ribs were hurting & had small goose egg above his eye. After deciding to go to the urgent care, I called ahead. Within 2 minutes I received a message to complete insurance information. Upon arriving we were greeted with smiles and very professional service from check in to treatment. After checking head and X-ray of ribs the diagnosis was no broken bones or stitches. The service was fast, friendly and very professional. They even sent us home with a disc of his complete visit to share with our local Dr for his follow up visit. This was our first experience with an urgent care and were very impressed with the treatment. I will definitely go to that facility if the need arises again.

This is a brand new experience in health care - a whole new direction that does wonders for patient care! It’s a small place, but very clean and tidy. The staff is absolutely wonderful and truly care about their patients. Other Urgent Cares are not like this, but this is what they should aspire to be. Very clean facility and you get in very quickly without a lot of paperwork. The staff is extremely friendly and professional. The doctor who cared for me was excellent.
