We know that self-evaluation and accountability are essential to maintaining and improving the quality of patient services. To ensure we continue to provide excellent care, Maxim has instituted several programs and systems that allow us to continue providing quality service. We have a performance management system, administer patient satisfaction surveys, and conduct internal office audits to ensure patient satisfaction and employee efficiency.

Our private duty nursing and home healthcare programs are accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Health Care (ACHC). This national, non-profit organization provides voluntary accreditations for various healthcare providers. We plan to build on our accreditation by implementing clinical pathways to help our clinical team design evidence-based care plans personalized to patient needs.

At Maxim, we believe in hiring the best. You can rest assured that our caregivers undergo thorough screening before employment, including background checks, reference checks, license verifications, and a formal orientation. In addition, Maxim?s caregivers are regularly supervised and evaluated.

Maxim Charitable Foundation
The Maxim Charitable Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit foundation that provides assistance to employees of Maxim Healthcare Services and others in local communities facing certain financial hardships. Led by a board of employees who have been meeting regularly since 2010, the MCF continues to expand programs and offerings, and also serves others through volunteer work. Its ultimate vision is to touch the lives of those in need through generous donations from MCF supporters.
